2. ZP4 is distributed on DVD-ROM, which includes the DPV® database. If you require ZP4 on CD-ROM (which isn't big enough to include DPV), check the appropriate box on your order form. LACSLink, SuiteLink, eLOT, DirectDPV, and Geo data are distributed on CD-ROM.
3. Allow up to two business days for processing before your order ships. Orders for current editions are shipped by U.S. Priority Mail the day after order processing is complete. A United States mailing address is required. All orders must include $6.50 per disc (add $3 per disc to also require a signature upon delivery) for shipping and handling (2 to 3 days to most areas; allow up to 10 days). Downloading, express shipping, or shipping by other carriers, is not available. There are no exceptions.
4. Always include your email address in your order. Your email address is only used to send you a payment receipt, the tracking number for your shipment, and notification of Postal Service™ database changes. Semaphore will not distribute any of your account information to any other party.
5. All shipments are prepaid. Only MasterCard, Visa, and checks are accepted for payment. There are no exceptions.
6. New editions of postal databases are issued every month, to allow customers to use the latest available data. SuiteLink, DirectDPV, and Geo data expires monthly, all other databases expire bimonthly. Using expired ZP4 data for postal discounts, or for access by multiple simultaneous users, is prohibited. Using expired DPV, LACSLink, SuiteLink, eLOT, DirectDPV, or Geo data is prohibited. DPV, DirectDPV, LACSLink, and SuiteLink databases may not be used outside the United States. 7. New users receive a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first ZP4 or companion database disc ever purchased. Subsequently received unopened discs returned within 10 days of receipt are subject to a 7% order restocking charge, and are not returnable after 10 days. Paid but unshipped discs canceled by the customer are subject to a 7% order cancellation charge. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Once the Postal Service scans any disc as delivered, there are no discounts for any reorders of that disc (Semaphore Corporation does not offer any insurance or free replacements for discs lost after confirmation of delivery). Semaphore Corporation reserves the right to cancel and refund the unshipped portion of any order at any time.
