ZP4 Address Correction Snapshot
ZP4 supports program-to-program interfaces so your standard database or custom applications
can automatically correct addresses. Any program can accept an
address typed in by a user, then pass the address to ZP4. ZP4 will immediately correct
and standardize the address and pass it back to the program. In the example below, a user has
typed in the top address and clicked the Find button.
ZP4 then corrected the
company name (chicao title becomes Chicago Title),
corrected the street name (markt becomes Market St),
added the secondary address (Ste 1300),
added the state abbreviation (CA),
and added the ZIP + 4® code (94111-5350).
ZP4 also generated detailed notes documenting
how the address was standardized. The ZP4 DVD-ROM contains complete source
code examples demonstrating built-in address correction for a variety of standard databases and scripting environments (including C, Delphi, FileMaker, FoxPro, Paradox, and Visual Basic),
and even source code for complete stand-alone
applications like this one.
