Your order won't be accepted unless you meet the terms and conditions listed here, which include the requirements that licensees must:
be a company or organization with a domain,
have a web site at that domain indicating what the organization does,
use a shipping address listed at their web site,
use an email address under their domain for receiving tracking numbers,
not be a service company, reseller, data vendor, or programming shop.
